Every document an exporter presents must match the credit conditions exactly; a small difference is grounds for a discrepancy. Preparing documents by hand, checking back against the credit text repeatedly, is slow and error-prone. TradeComplize derives the required document list from the conditions and produces consistent first drafts.

Condition Analysis and Document List
Document requirements and conditions in the credit text are structured; the documents to prepare for presentation are identified from fields 46A/47A.
First Drafts and Instruction Letters
First drafts of beneficiary documents such as the commercial invoice and packing list are created; for third-party documents like the B/L, insurance and origin certificates, instruction letters carrying the credit's requirement text are prepared for the issuer.
Direct On-document Editing
Fields such as country of origin, port of discharge or amount are edited directly on labelled tags on the draft documents and saved instantly.
Colour-coded Status Tracking
Saved, complete documents show green; documents awaiting data entry or checks (for instance the mandatory copies field on a bill of exchange) are tracked dynamically in amber.
"Draft Only" Watermark
Every download before final approval automatically carries a "Draft Only – Not Issued Yet" watermark, so no draft-stage document can accidentally enter official processes.
One-click Final Output
Once approval is complete, watermarks are removed automatically; the document set downloads as a single merged PDF or as a ZIP of the originals in their native formats.

The credit text (MT700) or instruction is uploaded and parsed with one click; the required-documents list is derived from the conditions.

Candidate documents and data extracted by the system are reviewed with confidence scores and approved at once with "Accept All".

Amber-marked missing fields are completed; finished documents turn green and are saved.

With the user's approval the watermarks are removed; the set downloads as a single PDF or a ZIP.
